When does it apply?
We were told the program then current on time of delivery applies, not on time of order. So if you buy an in stock 13 in August you are in luck.
We are expecting delivery in late Sept. into October since we ordered a specific build.
Anyone want to opine? Haven't bought a car in years so these programs are new to us and I'm sure their rules always change.
