2013 Navigation POI Issues

2013 Navigation POI Issues
OK, maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I tried setting destination to a Babies R Us and a Toys R Us in Brooklyn, NY and in New York, NY and the POI database had no entries for it. What is going on?
When I choose Current Location, same thing, no entries. When I choose ALL POIs, the closest one is in Cincinnati, OH!
Anyone else have issues with POIs with the 2013 Navigation (Multimedia Package, not the Becker nav)?

I believe the Navigation system is essentially the same in 2013 Benz cars as in 2010 models. My experience with the 2010 version has been disappointing to say the least. I will likely be ordering a 2013 Monday and may order the becker but will definitely not order the other one!
Except for my wife's preference of a clean (uncluttered) dashboard top, I would not consider the Becker as I can buy an aftermarket unit that is more user friendly and includes lifetime map updates at no extra charge for under $200.
