Engine temperature 2013 GLK 350
Hello fellow MB fans.
Whats your average engine running temperature on the 2013 GLK?
I am a new owner since 2 weeks and wanted to learn what your experiences are. My avg temperature is about 90F- just above the midpoint.
Is that what you all see as well?
Curious to hear what you have to say.

Good to hear you all are around 90 as well. On my previous cars the temperature was always steady in the middle, so i wasnt sure what to make of it above that point.

Why do you say that is warm. A 50% solution of anti freeze and water has a boiling point of 236°F at 5 psig . Even with the cap off, the boiling point is 226°F. For pollution systems you need to run the engine hot. Diesels should run hot to insure complete combustion.
