None of the controls worked. The seat was moved all the way back and I had no way to move it forward. As a last resort (the dealer service was closed), I unplugged the cable harnesses under the seat and plugged them back in and it started working again. Maybe the humidity the last couple of weeks in NYC oxidized the connection.

So if your power seats stop working, check the cables first
