Differences in U.S. options between 250BlueTec and 350
Hopefully this is my last question for the group as we bid out our build. While on MBUSA website, I see that they have some differences between the 250BlueTec model and the 350 model. The following observation is using the MBUSA custom build web link.
Bluetec has Driver Assist Package/Distronic Plus. Both Lane tracking package and Driver assist package must have multimedia package. Parktronic does NOT have surround view (not the Parking Assist Package of the 350).
350 has heated steering wheel, ambient lighting, Park Assist package comes with Surround view. Lane tracking package does not require multimedia. Driver Assist/Distronic plus is not an option that I see.
Is this just a glitch in the website or will they package these two vehicles differently? Ideally I would like the 350 options as it allows me to order most of what we want without getting the Multimedia package that offers no advantages for us.

I see. I thought they may both be updated since the price increases by about $1000 when you click on the respective model to build (i.e. bluetec shows $38,590 then the following link has the updated price of $39,495).

2014 GLK250BT, Polar White; 2016 GLE 300d, Polar White
My CA dealer sent me a bit different MSRP prices for the 2014 GLK250BT:
$3,700 for the P1, $1,290 for the lighting pkg.
At the same time local MI dealer printed out for the 2014 GLK250BT:
$3,450 for the P1, $1,390 for the lighting pkg.
I am still waiting an answer on my question to the MBUSA as far as when is expected to update their www with 2014 GLK250BT information.
I think I'll have to wait a couple of weeks with the final invoice for my 2014 GLK250BT ED order.

You might consider sitting down with a live person - since it you want a special order GLK250 delivered this year to you - you are about our of time - and to review over what might coming in - face to face with a real person, who is competant, will be best for you..
