Viper RemoteStart / SmartStart
Hi everyone,
My current car has a Viper car alarm installed and remote start. I really love the remote start, especially on those cold winter days. I did some research and it looks like this product is a perfect fit for the GLK:

It basically slots in between the keyhole and the rest of the car. It gives you remote start with the factory fob (using a short press of the Panic button), while not disabling any of the fancy features like Keyless-GO or unlocking the car just by standing near it and pulling on the handle. It also allows connection with a Viper SmartStart GPS system, so you can remotely start your car with your cell phone, or track it via GPS.
Does anyone have any experience with this type of system?
