Wheels and Tires
I got a 2011 GLK350 I am ready to get a new set of tires & wheels. The OE is 20 AMG it had a few curve dings on it. My question is Could I get 18 or 19 size wheels and tires? If so what size? Would you recommend repairing the old wheels. Thanks for your help.....

Tire rack is an excellent source for tires, wheels and advice.
There are charts showing tire diameters for different sizes & aspect
ratios. Have you considered having your dinged wheels refurbished?
Lots cheaper than replacements.

if you were to go 18" wheels
proper fitment would be a 18x8 ET ~45-50
proper tire specs would be a 235/55/18 tire
if you were to go with the 19" wheels
you can go with a 19x8.5 ET ~40
tire specs would be 235/50/19
or you could even run staggered
front: 19x8.5
Rear: 19x9.5
with tires
Front: 235/50/19
Rear: 255/45/19

Tyre selection for both 19" & 20" in OEM sizes is very limited. The 20" Pirelli are cheaper than the 19" Continentals from Tire Rack! IMO get the wheels repaired by a quality shop & enjoy them. I realize the 18" is possible but I suspect the handling & ride will be compromised by the taller side wall needed to compensate for the difference in diameter.
