I HAVE GOTTEN ESTIMATES FROM TWO DIFFERENT DEALER SHIPS .. ONE RECOMMENDED FIDELITY AND THE OTHER CONTINENTAL
Any one dealt with this issue I'm trying to get the best one cause I got screwed over with mb dealership

Most folks here don't seem to believe in extended warranties, including me. There are several threads on the subject. I doubt you'll find enough experience here to evaluate your two.

Chances are that the dealerships are pushing the one that they make the most profit from the initial sale. If you really want an extended warranty, I think it's best to buy from the brand that you want to cover. MB for MB, Honda for Honda, etc. Most manufacturer warranties attempt to use OEM parts/fluids and the repairs are done at their dealerships with techs that are trained to work on your specific brand.
That being said, you MAY be better off to set the money aside that you were going to spend on the warranty, in case you need it and forgo buying a warranty. Then again, it's just an insurance policy against something going wrong. They are betting that they won't have to pay out and you are betting that they will. The warranty companies exist because they make a profit.
