2014 GLK350 4Matic
Hi all. I just purchased my first mercedes (2014 GLK350). I traded in a 2007 Camry with a factory JBL audio system and notice the stock GLK audio20 is lacking a bit in audio. Any idea if it's possible to just add the factory Harman speakers, or any other aftermarket system anyone would recommend? I want to upgrade the sound without losing features. Thanks in advance for any advice!

I installed the Infinity 60.9 components that were mentioned quite a bit in the forum and regret having done so. They are bright...harsh treble that kills my ears, with much less bass than the stock speakers. The music is clearer than before, but I hate how thin it sounds. I suggest researching efficient component speakers that sound warm, and not bright like the Infinity speakers. I wish I had left it alone...my treble is all the way to -10 and it is still too bright.

One issue with aftermarkets is that they tend to have aluminum domes, which can be harsh. Look for "silk" domes.
