My Audio Controller is not working, the wheel spins but nothing changes, only when i push it side to side or up and down or press down, i can't figure out how to make things change with the wheel. What do i need to check or options to set?? Thanks.

Are you speaking about your Comand and Control knob? If so is the car under warranty? When was the last time it worked? You can buy a replacement if you have an older GLK and it is out of warranty. Here is the forum vendors thread link.

For me I would say rather than try to fix it I would replace it. You have to take the console partially apart and if you do that and find that the control is one piece with no way to open it you've just wasted your time. Better to spen the $180 and get something that will be brand new. JMHO

ECSTuning just recently posted links of new COMAND control knobs here on the forum. MKenM is right on the price.

The control is fixable, however. My C Class has the same issue and it's the spindle in the middle that cracks so it's not spinning the lowest part of the shaft. That's why the directional side to side and up and down still work. I plan on fixing the one in the C Class, but if you check in the W204 forum, there is a how to for fixing it.
