That is a welcome addition. The slope on that hood looks like it is hiding elements of the new E class. I really like the current squarish models though. Slopier roof? Perhaps Mercedes has had much fan fare over the GLA styling and are retooling the GLK with those elements.

I don't know how i missed this thread! I've been waiting for an AMG version of the GLK, can't wait to see it happen soon!

Hmmmm... I already think 302/306 hp (USA/Europe) is "over the top" for this type of vehicle. Would have been happy with 250 hp and a little bit better gas mileage.

a 500hp GLK would be nice. I have considered boosting mine or doing a motor swap, but would rather have the wagon

yeah, and a 600 hp GLK would be "better" and a 700 hp GLK would be even "better" and ......

I will be the bearer of bad news. Current style GLK -- not a chance. This year or next year will be the very last model year. Hoping that the next GLK -- if it doesn't grow too large dimensionally -- offers such an option, tho. Otherwise, the Macan looks very appealing.
