Good thing no MB was involved but I wish I was there and I will get out of my car and laugh at the driver really hard as these guys don't deserve getting a license.

Chinese are everywhere! They are good people but somehow most of them are really really bad drivers.
Every time I see someone getting pulled over or in a accident here I always see Chinese drivers on the car and a good number of them has a L or N license. From the 4 car accidents I had in the past 2 years all of them are caused by Chinese drivers who does not know how to drive. Two of my co-workers got hit last week and both drivers at fault are Chinese. My sister-in-law was also got hit by a Chinese driver who broke-down in tears to the police attending the scene and confessed she was texting and did not see my sister-in-law. I have a client who owns a body shop and majority of their customers are Chinese who always pays deductible, meaning they are at fault (based on our insurance policy here at BC).
