GLK issues / spare tire suggestion?
Good afternoon,
I have been having some issues (2014 GLK 250) and looking for some feedback before going back to the dealer.
Windows losing auto close (driver only). This happened twice already. Previously it was fixed by holding the button up for 15 seconds. Now it does nothing. Goes down automatically but does not go up; and comes down an inch when I hold it up to close. Annoying.
Second, Navi voice instructions does not mute the radio. So far only the traffic updates mute the music, and I don't know why this would not apply to navigation instructions when I assume this is more critical.
This is my wife's car so i don't really spend too much in it but when I use it, it is annoying as hell. Can anyone shed some light here? Maybe I missed something. Or maybe I need to go the owner's manual...
Spare tire/wheel, is there any other options for getting a full spare on this thing? maybe some kind of rack that can be mounted on the back or underneath the car?
This is my first MB so I'm not too knowledgeable about it. Any help is appreciated.

you can adjust the volume on the nav 2 ways. First is during the message increase the volume and 2nd is hit the rpt button on the nav screen and adjust volume during the playback.
The windows are a dealer issue.

I thought getting the non diesel gave me a spare tire but after inflating it, no way will it fit in the spare tire bay.

Thanks LesF, I already turned up the Nav volume but that is not the issue. I want to mute the radio when the Nav instructions come on - I don't want loud music, then EXTRA loud Nav instructions. As mentioned previously, the traffic updates already mute the music, so why can't the Nav instructions do the same?
Again, I am a newb so maybe there is a fix?
I am also suspecting that the window issue needs to be brought to the dealer.
