just picked up the GLK350... the Lightning media connector does not fit into my life proof case and I really don't see any real advantage to the media interface over BT audio (powered with Apple cable from USB port in console) by reading the manual.
I'm I missing something ? I mostly stream pandora etc.. Not a lot of music on the device.
The kicker is while I was at the dealer ship I ordered the $70 cable for the SLk I as that had the old iPhone connector.
Unless I am missing something radical I will cancel it.
Thanks
Lou

The sound quality over Bluetooth is terrible. You lose a lot of the lower end of the sound spectrum. You might not notice if you have the mediocre stock speakers and no subwoofer, but a cabled connection will almost always sound better than a wireless one.Originally Posted by LBC240MIDBlue

Stock system so not really worried about super fidelity, was more from a UI/functionality POV.
