2011 GLK 350 4 Matic
Newbie Looking For a Specific Part needs help

I have a 2011 GLK 350 4 Matic. I am missing the dash vent on the drivers side next to the A pillar. The round vent is missing. The wonderful hole in the dash is there. MB tells me I cant buy just the vent.

Does anyone know where I might be able to get one? Black would be great but at this point I'll take any color and paint it if I have too.

Here is a picture

Thanks!

That would be difficult to find without a part number. You should ask the dealer if there is a part number for that or assembly and search online... Btw, how in the world did you loose that?

Good luck!

This website is helpful for identifying parts since it includes diagrams of nearly everything.

I didn't see anything that resembled the part you are searching for so it might turn out you'll have to check salvage yards for the part. Car-Parts.com is a great source as well, but it can be difficult to find the more obscure parts in their long list of categories. Good luck in your search.

That would be the driver "side mirror" vent - and if you print that pic and take it to any MB dealership, they ought to be able to help you. Alternatively, there are lots of salvage / junk yards where you could go and pry one out yourself from a wrecked GLK for $5.

There are comprehensive lists with exploded diagrams at parts.com to try and find almost any part
