2015 GLK350
So to bring up this old thread, I am getting a warning

36psi 34psi

36psi 35psi

So can I just inspect and top off the LF and LR?

Do I need to learn/pair/reset/initialize anything?

This popped up mid trip (1 hr trip).

I am sort of impressed at that sensitivity. 2015 glk350

My GLK 350 doesn’t have TPMS, can I install them or not?

Factory TPMS - no (at least not without spending more on retrofits than what the GLK itself is worth), but you can buy an aftermarket one from ebay or Amazon.
