Panoramic sunroof wont close completely.
Can't get sunroof to close completely! Don't understand the directions in manual to reset it. How much does it cost at the dealer to reset it???? Does anyone know how to fix this??? Its cold and raining!

First, what year is your GLK? Second try this, open all your windows and the roof while the car is running. then turn off the car and while outside the car push and hold the lock function on the key fob. The car will lock and after a few seconds the windows and roof will start to close. Hold the button until all are closed. Let me know if that works.

If the limits of the roof (or windows) are wrong, the roof will stop at whatever the computer feels is the correct limit. Press the close button for the roof repeatedly .. move the roof a small time each time you press the button until it is closed. At that point, you hold the close button for 5-10 seconds. This sets the close limit. Open the roof (not the auto open). When it is open all the way, hold 5-10 seconds. This sets the open limit. .....roof is now re-sysynched.
This same procedure will set the limits for window position and seat positioning.
It many times must be done when you change the battery and the limits are lost.
..hope that helps.
