Window issues on 2015 GLK350
Has anyone experienced window problems with their newer model GLK350? I purchased mine with 42 miles in April 2015. So far it's been to the dealer 3 times due to the passenger window struggling to close after it's been rolled all the way down. It'll try to roll up struggling really hard then roll down on its own due to some internal resistance. The rear windows work fine. They roll up and down rather quickly and effortlessly. The passenger side, not so. Now it's happening to my driver side.
What should I do? Go back to the same dealership that's clueless or write to Mercedes and see how they would handle this? I tried getting it fixed at another dealership and they told me some b.s. about asking Mercedes for a repair ticket authorization number since it's been looked at by another dealer.

It rolls down because of the Anti-Trap properties on the window motor system. Get this fixed by the dealer under warranty. Doesn't seem to be many complaints on the power windows, so the dealer will need to learn by disassembling the door.
