Do we have a valet mode?
I have a 2014 glk350 4matic with multimedia package. I don't remember it but do we have a valet mode? What does it do?

I guess I realized now that the valet mode of the multimedia is just a perimeter coverage of the valet protect in MBrace. Not really an active valet mode locking the glove compartment, maps etc.

The glove box can be locked and unlocked using the mechanical key. If using an attendant parking area, you should take the mechanical key with you, since most people have their house and other keys on the key ring that is attached to the mechanical key. You can lock the glove box with the registration in it. The mechanical key comes out very easily and removal prevents the duplication of house keys for future robberies.
