Glk GPS antenna - cable breach?
Hi,
I have a question regarding a 2008 glk 350. For some reason, the sat nav only works incidentally. Turning on the satellite display as preferred info on the map usually shows no available GPS satellites. But once in a while, seemingly after opening the boot, it will work perfectly and find between 6 to 8 satellites.
My first assumption therefore is, maybe there is a small breach in the GPS antenna cable, which is either widened or closed by opening the boot? Or doesn't the cable run through the boot hinges making this assumption poppycock?
