Front License Plate Mount

Hello, just purchased a 2011 GLK350 and I received my plates but I can't seem to figure out how the front plate goes mounted?? I have the front plastic plate but don't know exactly how to mount since my front bumper doesn't have any holes in it!?! Any help!?!

Very very slow
You'll have to (painfully) drill the front bumper to mount the license plate.

You could move to a state without front license plates

you have to drill into the bumper. My car had California plates at one time and I had to put the plate holder back on sadly even though Arizona does not require front plates. you could always use the aftermarket plate holder that is hidden so so viable holes are seen, it universal and can be found on ebay.

So far I haven't put them on, if I end up doing it I'm just going to zip tie it into the mesh lower front bumper

Easy solution to mounting license plate

Ok, so after scratching my head for a while trying to figure out how not to drill into the front bumper of my newly acquired GLK, I finally found a great solution. I bought a couple of 1/4" toggle bolts (used for hollow walls), put some drops of Loctite on the bolts, then simply pushed the spring-loaded toggles through the spaces in the plastic mesh of the lower grill and screwed them on tightly, and there you have it, a cheap, elegant solution with no damage to your Benz. You're welcome.
