2012 GLK350 Audio Setup
Hi Guys,
I have a 2012 GLK350. The car only came with a USB female wire plugged into the center compartment.
All I want to do is to plug in my iPhone and have the audio play out of the speakers. I don't need any fancy bluetooth or steering wheel controls.
Would a simple USB Male to 3.5mm cable work for me? Basically, I was thinking about plugging this wire into wire on the center console. Then plug the 3.5mm jack to my iPhone. Select AUX on comand and done?
Will this work?
I also have media interface menu as well, but I have no idea how it works. I don't need anything fancy, just want to play audio from my phone to my car.

If the usb works let us know, I think you need an iPhone adaptor plug and special cable. Be careful buying Ebay cheap knockoff crap. I bought two iPhone cables that were such a crap copy not all connectors were included, and it got stuck in the socket.
