I have 2013 glk I got used, voice control never worked and I never had an interest in fixing it after reading reviews that it didn't operate very well. Just the other day I saw the Mercedes video and another video on utube that show it working very well. I was wondering if other people use voice control, and if it is worth fixing.

Never even had the interest in trying it. I find these things to generally be supremely annoying.

ive used it on my 2014 for placing phone calls and enter destination on the nav, but not much else. works fine for phone calls as long as the number is spoken 1 number at a time and the destination is hit or miss depending on the street name

I tried it a few times for navigation and was extremely disappointed.

I use it quite often for the nav and phone. It works well after going through the short 'voice training' option.
