2011 GLK350 with tears in drivers seat

Can someone tell me where I can order a drivers seat replacement cover? I have black MB-Tex seats with a few tears on the left side of my drivers seat. I know I read somewhere that replacement isn't too difficult but I can't find the post now.

Has anyone done the seat cover replacement themselves or paid to get it done? How much it cost you?

Thanks!

If new, it's a dealer item. If you do not have access to WIS there are hundreds of vids on taking the seat out and replacing the cover-----just have loads of patience!

It's a 2011, not under warranty.

Is this the part? https://www.mbdirectparts.com/oem-pa...bC12Ni1nYXM%3D

My local dealer told me $320 for the seat cover, $200 for install. Seems like a ripoff to me.

I have used leatherique ( leatherique.com )to repair tears in the drivers bolster with amazing success. They sell color, patch material and have a lot of informative info on their web site. Their stuff is the best. I fixed a Corvette bolster that was torn and had missing sections and when I was done it was durable and couldn't be seen. Good stuff and worth a first shot. A lot less work and money. When you're done, put a sheepskin on it to keep it from happening again
