2013 GLK 250 resetting service light
Folks, I'm frustrated. I've changed the engine oil a number of times on my oil burner and with the various instructions I've found for other models, I'm somehow managed (with luck and multiple tries) to reset it.
However, I just can't seem to get past the "push the receive call button and then within 1 second press OK" part.
I've tried with the key in 1, 2 position. I've tried the "call" button, the "receive call" button, etc. I've tried holding down the call button and pressing and holding down the 'ok' button (which seems to be the process for pre-2013 vehicles).
I've looked at this link for 2013 GLK 350, but haven't found anything for a GLK 2013 (don't know why it would be different from the 350).
Attached is the steps for the 2013 GLK 350. Any suggestions? What am I doing wrong?
Thanks!

• Make sure mileage is being show
• Key in position 1 (radio works, ignition off)
• Hit left arrow to highlight TRIP
• Press and hold “Answer phone”, and immediately press "OK" and hold both for at least 5 seconds. The “TRIP” highlight will go off before that but keep holding both down until you get a new drop down and ASSyst Plus will be at the bottom. Follow the prompts.
• Go to ASSyst plus, Full Service
• Confirm Full Service
