GLK 2012
Problem when updating Navi on COMAND - pictures inside
I downloaded V14 2016/2017 Navi maps from GPSunderground.

The update starts - and stops somewhere around 40%

Anyone had the same problem?

How do i check my firmware version?

MB GLK 2012 (registered 11.12.2011) Comand NTG 4

Let it sit trying to upgrade for a longer time - maybe a few hours to see if it moves forward. It can pause for a bit. If it still doesn't go there might be a problem with the software. Be sure to have a charger on your battery. The car needs to be on and not running. This can run the battery down.
