Installed EBC RedStuff pads

Out with the new, in with the newer!

I installed OE pads last month, after reading on forums (here, notably), that they were more than up to the task.

Well, they weren't quite. I attributed the lack of braking performance of my car to worn pads/rotors, but while switching to new OE ones improved the braking, it wasn't nearly enough.

So I pulled the plug on EBC RedStuff pads, and did the job yesterday night (1h10 mins for all four corners, not bad).

So far, the difference is marked. Still bedding them in, but the initial bite is better, and a bigger pedal effort translates into a more correlative bigger bite.

I can finally feel safe in my car and enjoy it more (as I'm sure as hell not going to enjoy it for its acceleration).

OE (not dealer-bought, but generic OE supplier brand bought from a local parts store).
