This is the lower grille which has a chrome surround? As no one has responded, likely no one has tackled its replacement. Time to take a crawl underneath or get it on a lift to see if there are attachment screws or fasteners then report back! And of course the question is how is it accessed, from the front or from underneath?

You will need to remove the front bumper so it can be disassembled and gain access to the tabs that hold that grill in. It's not a difficult job, just have to make sure you disconnect all the connecting screws/bolts before you pull it off so there is no damage to it or the fenders or headlamps
