Now that I've purchased winter wheels/tires (17s with 235/60 series), I'd like to explore suspension options to *raise* the vehicle by about 1", no more. Don't start with the "you bought the wrong vehicle" thing, I don't want to hear it. I bought the right vehicle - I'd like to increase its ground clearance just a touch, both for the look and for the actual off-road and snow driving that I have every intention of doing. I can find lowering kits, but absolutely nothing to make the GLK just a touch taller. I'm not going cheap with bump-stop blocking either, I'll do it right or not at all.

Anybody?

 

looks like Mercedes discontinued a part named higher ground clearance shock absorber for the GLK in the parts database. I am guessing this was for an off road package you could option in Europe.
