Cold Weather Check Engine
Periodically I have a problem with Cold Weather Check Engine Light display.Previously it was determined that I purchased Bad Diesel Fuel and I purchased a diesel additive.
I only have had this problem in cold weather below 30 degrees F. I run my scan tool and remove the fault code and the check engine light is gone.The vehicle runs fine.until winter
returns with bad diesel.I add diesel additive& with my best attempt this check engine problem light returns.The performance and mileage show no difference with the light on or off.
Ignore and wait for Spring? My repair shop says go to the Dealer: nix: Since my bad experience with the original Mercedes Benz Dealer...I will go to another Mercedes Benz Dealer.
