Riesling

My 2010 GLK350 does not display the Mercedes Benz tri-star logo upon startup (as I'm told it should) but rather only when I turn the Command Module on will it display. Also the phone/bluetooth connection to the dashboard will only work when the radio is on. If the radio is off the phone will not pair up. Is there an engineering menu selection that will get these two items working?
