Transmission fluid into oil slot

Please help by accident placed transmission fluid into where oil goes did I damage vehicle

yes if you started it, the transmission oil is not designed to lubricate igniting parts. You should take get it towed to your local mechanic and explain the situation. You don't seam to have a ton of experience with the car.

How much did you put in? Just change the oil, the Glk holds a lot of oil so the trans fluid is diluted

How much was added to the engine oil, and how long was it run for?

Adding ATF to the engine's oil was an old school trick for de-gunking engines, but that shouldn't be attempted with any of our vehicles.

If you haven't run it, drain the engine oil, remove the filter, pour a bit of fresh oil through the engine with the plug still out, then finish the oil change as it would normally be done.

Consider changing the oil again after a couple hundred km.
