issues upgrading to command
im upgrading from audio 20 with the premium package to comand once i hooked all connectors besides these 2 all functions work except backup camera and the little box in the glove that has aux and usb. trying to figure out what to do to fix issue and what the cables go to. (so far i have figured out that the connector that plugs into the audio screen also controls the backup camera)

No I never figured it out I took my car to the dealership and they told me the box in the glovebox is defective and I would need to order a new one. Also they told me the backup camera is defective.
