2014 MB GLK350 Brake pad and router replacement
Hi,
Delear says I do have to replace brake pad and router replacement. How do we know when is the time to replace and can we replace them in a firestone?

I would not let a Firestone do anything other than swap tires on an American car.
You do not need to have the brakes replaced by the dealer, but do pick a shop that specializes in European cars. Preferably a place with a good reputation.
I would also recommend Akebono pads and high quality aftermarket rotors. They will last longer and will not cover your wheels with black dust.
