2011 Mercedes Galak 350

Please can anyone assist on this. The horn on my 2011 mercedes GLK 350 stopped working, initially I thought it was the control which I changed, then changed the horns, the relay and fuse are ok and still it’s not working. The horn only works when the car is closed or opened.

Ive also noticed that I have B219166 and B210C16, does this mean my Sam is bad or I should just replace fuse32.

Will rrally appreciate any input
