So my P0491 came back. I checked the fuse, checks good. I checked the connector to the secondary air pump and its getting voltage. I checked the two rubber hoses from the motor and they look properly seated. when i turn on the car I can hear the pump spin for a few seconds before turning off. How long is the motor supposed to spin on a cold start? How can I check to see if the motor is bad? Anything else I can check?
