I am a bit of a noob when it comes to this. New to this forum (so hopefully I'm not posting any specific question that has already been posted a million times.

I drive a 2011 GLK 350 4Matic and when I purchased it (used of course) it had a throttle command already installed. It has multiple settings, but I have been unable to find anything about it on google. I am hoping someone else has come across this exact model before. Also, if it is a piece of junk, please do not hesitate to tell me (with an explanation) and I'll have it yanked out. The 3 modes with numbers all are able to be switched between numbers 1-9. I am completely uncertain as to what the difference is. The only thing I can tell from experience is that FU seems to be the most responsive setting of the three.

 

This is a "generic" throttle controller - you already search "Windbooster" - frankly if it doesn't have any effect you can see - pull it..

I see a difference between the modes but I have no idea what the numbers mean. Are they RPM based, or amounts of delay or the 'speed'.

 

Email "Windbooster" in China - no one here has that $70 "tech" in their Mercedes that I know of.

 

I'm new to working on this car. What is the easiest way to remove it?
