2012 GLK 350
Green Coolant

Purchased GLK two months ago, so do not know the history of the car. Today I checked the coolant level and noticed the radiator color being green.
Is this the normal factory fill color?
Did someone change it to the wrong coolant, and why would they change it?
Should I flush it and change it to the yellow coolant?

2015 GLK350
My 2015 has pink coolant.

If you don't have the printed owners manual then download one and look up the spec for your year/model. However, I am fairly certain that green is wrong and incompatible with the others so you probably need a full flush and change.
