Where is the glk 350 2011 auxiliary battery located?

Under the black box on the passenger side (under the hood close to windshield). The black box is held by 3 or 4 clips.

Do you mean the second battery? If your vehicle has Auto Stop Start the auxiliary battery is located in back , on the right side under the plastic trim. The main battery is located in the front , on passenger side under the plastic , with several clips holding it on. I don’t think you have an auxiliary battery without Auto Stop Start.
