2015 GLK250 Service A/B
Couldn't find anything related so thought I'd start a new thread.
Does anyone know the correct sequence of A/B Service message that should show up in the ASSYST PLUS on 2015 GLK250? I just completed A3 service on my x204, reset Maintenance message manually, using steering wheel controls. Everything went well but when I checked the ASSYST PLUS screen the next service was B1? Is this correct? I thought it would go sequentially, i.e. A1/B1, A2/B2, A3/B3
Thank you!

You should be able to find the maintenance schedule details in your maintenance booklet, part of the owners manual bundle.
I think the biggest difference is that "A" services are your typical oil changes and "B" services are more comprehensive ones. They alternate with mileage but encompass many of the same items.

What I am asking is shouldn't B3 Service show up next in the cluster after A3 is completed or the number after the letter is completely random?

... the number after the letter is completely random?
You're talking about German programming for maintenance intervals; there's nothing random about it.
My point was that you'll probably go through a couple minor services (A1, A2, A3, etc) before coming to a major service. And depending on mileage or time (as the programming calls for), you may do A1, A2, then get B1 due, then A3, A4, then B2, and so on. Keep in mind, both mileage AND time may be being kept track of when calculating what service is next.

Full service carried out?
I have done all A and B services since after 24k mile free services over. I did 10000 mile intervals for them and I did Full Service carried out resets and never had that issue. My GLK250 has over 175000 miles on it.
So, I did more than 15 times of 10K miles service resets.
Hope it helps!!!!

175K miles in 5 years? You must live in the car
Whatever you're doing, keep it up.
