Weird (and possibly good) Audio 20 Bluetooth issue
Yesterday my '11 GLK tried to call...someone... a few times. I would notice the screen would say it was calling an unknown number, so I'd end the call, this happened a couple times...oddly I wasn't doing anything from my phone that would have driven the behavior, the control knob wasn't stuck down, etc.
So it was phantom calling for some strange reason.
This morning, I started my car via the fob (Midcity Engineering remote start kit), and was listening to a podcast on my phone as I walked out to the car. As soon as I got in, the phone paired to the car as it always does, but then it routed my phone's audio to the car via bluetooth.
Oddly, the audio screen on the car had the 'call in progress' indicator, even though my phone wasn't making a call.
Also oddly, the audio was slightly compressed, as though I were talking on the phone with someone. Not super hi-fi sounding, in other words.
TL;DR - My Audio 20 GLK has decided to start playing audio that's coming from my phone via bluetooth.
