Air Bag not Deployed...
2013 GLK 350 involved in a frontal collision that has enough damage the insurance company wants to total. No air bag deployed and no mbrace calls. I realize that the mbrace depends on airbag deployment but any ideas why no air bag? We are talking over 10K in damages.

It may not have been severe enough to warrant airbag deployment. Generally airbag deployment = totaled, but the insurance company can total it even without airbag popped.
FWIW, I know of a similar occurrence where the driver side headlight, fender, entire front bumper needed replacement and paint. Plus a few sensors and modules under the skin. Also no airbag deployed. Shop estimated $8k to repair.
Mercs are not cheap to repair right, and due to depreciation many get totaled instead of fixed. If you want to keep the car and get it fixed, you may have to fight it out a bit. Get another estimate if necessary. Or start shopping for a replacement.

Sorry to hear that. If it was just the metal/plastic parts, supports, and paint the estimate would likely be lower. But when you go through the radiator, condenser, fans and such, you likely involve many electrical components as well, which are themselves not cheap. For example, on models with the xenon headlights with automatic lens adjustment, just one complete headlamp can cost upwards of $2800. Note that estimates likely include OE (as in Mercedes) brand parts, and not OEM equivalents like Hella, Bosch, etc. You may be able to get your insurance company to authorize the cheaper equivalents to MB-specific parts, perhaps at least worth asking about.
Not knowing who your insurance company is, I would be prepared with several comparables around your area, as in similar year, mileage and equipment. If they total it, they'd better pay out sufficiently for you to replace it with another of the same market value.
Good luck to you.
