Android 10.25" upgrade recommendations

Android 10.25" upgrade recommendations
I have a 2014 GLK250 and I really want to upgrade this outdated radio interface. I've done a general search/searched aliexpress and found 10.25 units but I have a couple concerns.
1. I'm concerned about the quality of units that originate from Chinese manufacturers. However, I'm not opposed to buying one if I can verify some type of quality and longevity from anyone that has installed one and has been using it for a while.
2. Looks like most of the units only use metric standard for things like temperature and speed etc.... I think there are units available that are empirical but again, I want to verify from the supplier first.
I'm looking for recommendations from anyone who has installed one of these systems and have been using it successfully.

Look in the back history of the forum. There are plenty of mentions. Mixed success. Seems buggy. Personally I want one but I'm worried about the reliability after others posts.

I'm running one, 10.25" says android 8.1, but it's really Android 6. I'm happy with it. I've had it for about 3 months now, so not long … but it works well. I also added a reverse camera, and wired that into it as well. nice upgrade.
I have a better one in my Audi, but the company that makes them for Audi's doesn't make them for Mercedes so got it from another supplier.
for Miles vs. Km's etc it's just a setting within the unit's software. easy to change.
