2011 GLK350 ABS ,ESP Run Flat, Cruise Control Inoperative

Hello MB Forum,

Re: 2011 GLK350

Issue: EBD, ABS and ESC Inoperative See Operator's Manual

As title states. These errors came up suddenly one morning. Previous night , it was powered on the battery for a little bit without the engine on. Should changing the battery be a first step before changing a bunch of sensors ? Anyone else run into this issue? What do you guys think?

Thanks

I just put a front abs speed sensor in mine for the same reason. Get someone to scan it so you know what errors it has.

How old is the battery , yes get it tested, tests are free at most auto stores.

Yes...doing a process of elimination before spending anything heavy. I will do the scan and see what happens.

Thanks

Funny enough, I just charged the battery a bit. It was reading low when it first connected. An hour later it was fully charged. 2 of 3 messages cleared though. Only one left now is the run flat error. I think I may change the battery. Its the original MB it looks like, I've never changed it before and I've had it for 5 years. Never really seen a need to until possibly now.
