Arrow OBD/Lighter/Seat Power

I've scoured all the pages on the GLK category before posting. Therefore if this reminds you of a previous post, please point me in that direction.

I have a 2011 GLK350 with several issues.
Issue 1: I recently got a Progressive Insurance Snapshot. It didn't work, I sent it back thinking it was faulty, and got a second one. Still no power when plugged into the OBD.
Issue 2: The cigarette lighter doesn't work at the gear shifter.
Issue 3: My seat used to go back as far as it would go when I turned the car off and then would go to my preset when I'd turn it back on. It no longer does that. I've plugged and unplugged all the things under the seat.

I checked the fuses for Issue 1 and Issue 2 and neither are blown.

Is it possible that there is an additional power source, like a relay, that could power those things that's gone bad or is it all merely coincidental? Any advice on what to check or how to fix?

(Not a savvy car person. I know how to check my tire pressure, pump fuel, refill washer fluid. Go easy on me!)

As for no power at OBDIi, probably a fuse. Does seat move otherwise correctly, if so then it could be a relay. You need to check the manual for every fuse or relay that mentions the seat. Most of the relays are the same so you could just swap them and see if the problem moves with the relay or just buy a new relay as they're cheap and replace them one at a time. Lighter is definitely a fuse.

I also agree regarding the lighter as I've had to replace that fuse before.

So I should replace the fuse although the fuse isn't blown?

Mine was obviously blown. If you're unsure I'd change it for diagnosing the problem.

I had the fuses checked. They were fine. Swapped them out anyway. Still having issues. Might be a task for dad.

My lighter did not work, and I have been doing all the normal checks as to why. I then pulled the entire lighter assembly out which was not too bad of an ordeal, the wires were just hanging and not connected to anything.. After fixing the wire issue, it worked just fine. Might be what is ongoing with your GLK?
