2010 GLK350 replacement driver seat leather

Hello,

I have two rips at the seams and one area that is cracking on the seat part of the driver seat. All other seats and the back section are in great condition. Talking to a few leather repair shops, they can not match due to the perforated sections. Does anybody know where I can get a direct replacement leather for the seat? Searched online but can't seem to find anything that replaces the original to look the same. Next stop is Mercedes dealership parts department but feels like a long shot.

There's a thread on here somewhere that someone replaced the seat cover with an OEM cover. I remember he stated that you should make sure to use your VIN to order the part. Do a search and you should be able to find it. If not let me know.

For a direct OEM replacement that is not too bad of a price. Not sure where but there has been a video of removing the seat and replaement that seemed to explain replacement fairly well.

MB’s of all kinds.
I would also have a shop do it over the dealer. Might be able to save you some $

If it installs the same as the C class seat cover, then it seems like a relatively easy task. Check out the thread below:
