Trust MB tire pressure sensor , or analog hand hald gauge?
This is my first vehicle with an onboard digital tire pressure sensor. The cars readings however do not match my tried and true handheld stick sensor gauge!
Which one do I trust?

FWIW, I've used many tire gauges over the years, both analog and digital. The variance between them was anywhere from 2-5 psi.
I have 2 gauges currently and only one agrees with the TPMS reported pressure. I use that one now to check the other car that doesn't have independent TPMS for each wheel.

Trust a calibrated gauge.
I use a calibrated analog gauge and it disagrees with my tire pressure sensors. After tracking the differences through tire rotations I see that the differences follow the tire location. I have one sensor that is two psi off, one that is one psi off and the other two are close enough.
Remember that temperature changes the pressure and the tire heats when it rolls so check the sensed pressure against the gauge at the same temperature or very soon afterwards to eliminate variables.
