2013 vs 2015 models?
The 2013 had an extra 12 volt outlet in the trunk whereas my 2015 does not. If your fuel light comes on, the 2015 will alert you in navigation (if equipped) to nearby petrol stations (which is kind of annoying to me). The engine on the 2013 has minor issue on ignition regarding noise; I remedied it with a higher oil fill closer to max capacity but there is also a check valve part you can install.
It is all minor stuff. I would rather take a highly optioned 2013 than a base model 2015.

2013 I am looking at has slightly more miles, more optioned and cheaper vs the 2015 that is pretty much base (except has panoroof which I can live without).

But if you really can't do you own stuff, I would recommend an indy shop near by that you feel good about like Russ's Wrench https://www.russellswrench.com/ I took my LX570 there when hydraulic line rusted through and burst. They figured out what part failed, ordered it and fixed it, just like the dealership would.
Truth is, maintenance on GLK is as easy as on any other car, actually easier than on my Lexus. Whoever does it, just needs to do it right, but it's pretty basic stuff.
