GLK 350
Question Indicator switch column replacement

Hello,
I have a 2008 GLk 350 automatic with steering wheel gear change.
Recently the cruise control switch broke. It just pops out like a broken pen.
I watched some how tos and then I got here and saw how this topic here(https://mbworld.org/forums/glk-class...350-build.html) and got really excited about replacing the indicator switch and the steering wheel. The original steering wheel is out of place in the boxy, angled interior of the pre-facelifted GLK, in my opinion.
So I found and ordered an indicator switch and column from x204 FL manual transmission (no AT gear changing lever on the right on the steering wheel).
Now I'm wandering between an A class (W176) AMG(A45) steering wheel and AMG package one.

My question is will the steering wheel shift paddles work?
