As i understand it, every GLK 250 is automatically part of the class action and will get compensation. Looks to be $700M for 250k vehicles (assuming lawyers dont steal most if it) and likely involves a retune(+ emission warranty extension? )

I wonder if it depends on who the owner is/was? When VW did their program, I was the original lessee of the car and towards the end of my 3-yr lease term.
It'll be interesting what MB does and how they handle the process. I wouldn't mind a few grand back in my pocket, and I could re-retune the software if needed. I think warranty extension will depend on current mileage and certain reasonable limits. If your car has 120k+ miles, you're likely to not get much beyond that, whereas if it has well under 100k, you could have quite a long warranty added.
We'll wait and see, and if anybody gets a notice in the mail from MB, please do post the relevant info for others to be informed of.
